Jovit Baldivino At Villa Gracia Private Resort

I could have been in Paris having dinner at Eifel Tower with my girlfriend two hours ago. Well, in my dreams. For i was about to take a nap when my phone screamed twice. Someone cracked me a news that "someone" is in Villa Gracia Private Resort in Brgy. San Agustin, Ibaan, Batangas. So instead of getting trapped with a dream weaver, I found myself interviewing and taking photos of JOVIT BALDIVINO at one of most serene resorts in town.

Jovit is on a break from a long and grueling gigs schedule all over the country. After winning Pilipinas Got Talent, the Rosario-native has been on the road with his monster-rockstar-voice. But just like an ordinary kid who grew up in local neighborhood, Jovit took sometime off so as not to miss the summer heat by taking a plunge at Villa Gracia Private Resort.

Pulling him out of the traditional bamboo cottage, Jovit spilled some of his beans for me to pick up and write about. It turned out that Jovit is with his basketball team from Brgy. Marilag, Rosario, Batangas, and another one from Padre Garcia. He was both teams' manager actually. Much more, both teams won championship games in their respective place! Well that's one good reason to be out for a bag of laughter with friends.

Jovit is set to release a new album by mid-August this year. And he was proud to say that he actually produced and written all songs in the album under Star Records! It is to be remembered that he has already released two albums which contain the songs "Always", "Paano" and the current single "Ika'y Mahal Pa Rin". And to count, almost one year after bagging the PGT contest, he's released three albums including the one which is scheduled to be out in the market in August.

When asked why in Villa Gracia Private Resort, he said he's been hearing about the resort. Though a big star now in music industry, Jovit is still a big fan of resorts laden with oozing simplicity, serenity and a little more of privacy. And Villa Gracia provided that.

Jovit was very accommodating. Everyone took turns to be photographed with him. Ibaan's youth group KALIBAYAN, who happens to at Villa Gracia, didn't let the opportunity pass. And he's so cool posing with them. He would even grin flashing his lighter side. And of course, just like the old days, Jovit held the videoke's microphone gave the night a blast with a song.

And guess what?! He's into Emperador Light and munches "Boy Bawang" for pulutan. The kid hasn't changed, according to his friends. He may have been keeping his head high on stage, but keeps his feet on the ground like a real commoner.

Congratulations Jovit! The same thing goes to Villa Gracia Private Resort.
